Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 1–4 business days via USPS or UPS Ground, all from within the USA. UPS Next Day Air is available for $70 at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $299. Orders under $299 have a flat $15 shipping fee.
Which states do you ship to?

All 50 US states. An adult signature (21+) may be required on delivery per tobacco regulations.
How do I track my order?

We email you a USPS or UPS tracking link the moment your order ships. You can also find tracking in your account under My Orders.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

Zelle, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT-TRC20, ETH). After you place an order, we send instructions for your chosen method and confirm the details personally.
Why don't you take credit cards directly?

Card networks heavily restrict tobacco sales, which causes frozen accounts and delayed orders. Coordinating payment directly keeps your order moving — and means a real person looks after every purchase.
When does my order ship after I pay?

As soon as we confirm payment — usually within a few hours. You'll get a confirmation email, then a shipping email with tracking.

Are your Terea sticks authentic?

Yes. We source directly from authorized international markets — Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and Indonesia. Every carton is original, sealed, and includes the correct regional tax stamps.
Which devices are Terea sticks compatible with?

Terea works with the IQOS Iluma family: Iluma Prime, Iluma Standard "i", and Iluma One "i". Terea is NOT compatible with older IQOS 2.4 / 3 / Multi devices — those use HEETS.
What's the difference between regional Terea versions?

Each market has its own flavor calibration and tobacco grade. Japanese versions are known for refined, balanced profiles; European for the classic lineup; Middle Eastern for bolder, stronger character. Try a few to find your favorite.
How many sticks come in a carton?

Each carton contains 200 sticks (10 packs of 20).

Do I have to be 21 to buy?
